Whole-Home Monitoring & Automatic Shut-Off
Installed at the point of entry, after the main valve and any pressure reducing valve. These controls monitor flow around the clock, learn the property’s normal usage, and close the water supply on a failure event — whether or not anyone is home.

StreamLabs® Scout
Water damage rarely starts with a flood — it starts with a drip. Scout is a Wi-Fi point-of-leak sensor for the places a main-line control cannot see: under sinks, behind toilets, beside the water heater, in the AC condensate pan. It sounds an audible alarm and pushes an alert the moment water touches it.

Point-of-Use Protection

Leak Block Sensor
A battery-powered sensing pad and latching solenoid valve. At end of battery life the solenoid latches closed as a failsafe — the failure mode is water off, not water on.
