Dear Good Water Warehouse Customers

We have been closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak.

In addition to implementing measures to help ensure the health and well-being of our employees at our various warehouses and sites, our teams are working diligently to help ensure our customers are getting the best possible service and delivery during this time.

We have ongoing notifications to our workforce as this situation develops and have taken measures in accordance with U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC), Health Canada and, the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local government guidelines and recommendations. These measures include: communicating guidance to employees on social distancing, best practices to take during this time, and protocols to help ensure employees are reporting exposure and possible symptoms.

Please note, effective March 23, 2020, we will not allow (will call) self-pickup from any of our locations. All orders can be fulfilled and shipped via your preferred carrier.
